Staff responsibilities are defined in job descriptions provided to them by an employer (PAC). The Executive Director is responsible for all activities that have political implications at national level. All activities relating to governance, technical teams and Mother Bodies are designed, planned and executed by the Executive Director with support from programs department. The latter undertake all activities on civic awareness, youth early warning, Women-In-Faith (WIF) at national, regional and community level (Staff Summary CVs below). Where necessary, the representatives of mother bodies would carry out activities within their structure following guidance from the Executive Committee and Secretariat.
